Live Screen Printing

Our most popular offering, Live Screen Printing gives guests a hands-on, immersive art experience that produces a one-of-a-kind takeaway or branded souvenir.

Ideal for large groups, the Party Hat team can print up to 60 pieces per hour and accommodate packages with up to four unique designs. We print on a wide range of substrates, including totes, T‑shirts, sweatshirts, koozies, bandanas, posters, postcards, and more.

For exceptionally large groups, we can preprint a portion of the items so guests can enjoy the live experience without a long wait.

Mobile Art Activations

Party Hat’s mobile art activations provide hands-on experiences that come to your site and invite guests to make, take, and remember. We design activities that fit any schedule: quick one-minute interactions, half-hour workshops, or immersive sessions that last an afternoon. Each activation can be tailored to your goals and brand.

Choose activities that double as branded takeaways—buttons, magnets, stickers, patches, water bottles—or focus purely on the joy of creation, prioritizing process over product.

We handle setup, facilitation, and clean-up. You get an engaging, memorable activation that amplifies your message and lets guests connect with your brand through creative experience.
